Privacy Policy
Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]
1. Who we are
Rapidality LLC (“Rapidality,” “we,” “us”) is an independent software studio based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Rapidality LLC is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at support@rapidality.com or by mail at 500 4th St NW, Suite 102 #2020, Albuquerque, NM 87102, USA.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers rapidality.com and serves as the default privacy policy for all apps published by Rapidality LLC, except where an app has its own privacy policy. Each app discloses its specific data practices on its own page on this site and in its App Store privacy labels. For example, ForkAlly’s policy is at rapidality.com/forkally/privacy.
3. What our website collects
Essentially nothing. Our website has no user accounts, no contact forms, no advertising, and no third-party trackers or analytics. We do not use Google Analytics or similar services, and the site sets no non-essential cookies — which is why you won’t see a cookie banner here.
Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) for security and operational purposes. These logs are not used to identify or profile visitors and are deleted on a routine schedule.
4. Our apps
Each Rapidality app describes exactly what data it collects, why, and where it is stored in its own privacy policy and in the privacy labels shown on its App Store or Google Play listing. Where an app has no dedicated policy, this policy applies. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising SDKs in our apps.
5. Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate our website and apps, such as web hosting and content delivery providers, and payment processors (Apple, Google, and Stripe) for purchases. These providers process data only on our behalf and under agreements that restrict their use of it. Payments are handled entirely by the payment processor; Rapidality never receives or stores your full payment card details.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Server logs are retained for a short, routine period and then deleted. Support emails are retained as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. App-specific retention is described in each app’s privacy policy.
7. Children’s privacy
Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at support@rapidality.com and we will delete it.
8. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
9. Exercising your rights
To exercise any privacy right — access, correction, deletion, or anything else — email support@rapidality.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also use an authorized agent where the law permits.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes to how an app handles data will also be reflected in that app’s own policy and store listing.
