Refund & Cancellation Policy

Purchases through the App Store or Google Play

Purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google, and refunds for those purchases are handled directly by them under their own policies. Rapidality LLC cannot issue refunds for purchases made through these stores.

Purchases made directly from Rapidality

Any purchase made directly from Rapidality LLC (for example, a payment processed via Stripe) is refundable within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, email support@rapidality.com from the address associated with your purchase and include your receipt or order reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are canceled in your Apple or Google account settings; subscriptions purchased directly from Rapidality can be canceled by emailing support@rapidality.com.
