ForkAlly Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ForkAlly is published by Rapidality LLC (“we,” “us”), the data controller for the information described in this policy. Contact: support@rapidality.com, or by mail at Rapidality LLC, 500 4th St NW, Suite 102 #2020, Albuquerque, NM 87102, USA.

2. Data ForkAlly collects

ForkAlly collects only the data you enter to use the app:

Food logs and nutrition entries (meals, foods, portions, and their nutritional values).
Optionally, weight or other health-related inputs you choose to enter.

ForkAlly does not collect your contacts, location, photos, or browsing activity, and does not require an account to use.

3. Where your data is stored

Your ForkAlly data is stored [ON DEVICE / IN OUR CLOUD — choose one]. If stored on device, your data never leaves your iPhone except through backups you control (such as iCloud device backup). If stored in our cloud, it is encrypted in transit and at rest and used solely to provide the app’s features to you.

4. Apple HealthKit

Does ForkAlly integrate with Apple HealthKit: [YES / NO]. If yes: HealthKit data is read or written only with your explicit permission and only to provide the app’s nutrition-tracking features. We never use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or similar purposes, and we never sell it or disclose it to third parties, including data brokers or information resellers.

5. No sale of data, no ads

We do not sell your personal data. ForkAlly contains no third-party advertising SDKs and shows no ads. Your food and health data is never shared with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Analytics

7. Deleting your data

You can delete your data at any time inside the app, or delete everything by removing the app from your device (for on-device storage). You can also request deletion of any data we hold by emailing support@rapidality.com; we will complete verified requests within the time required by applicable law.

8. Children

ForkAlly is not directed at children, and users under 13 are not permitted. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has done so, contact us and we will delete it.

9. California privacy rights

California residents have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to know, access, correct, and delete their personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law. Exercise any right via support@rapidality.com.
